Hi, this is Dr. Alan Weidner from Massage Chair Relief. Welcome to our interview today with our customer, John Ford, who purchased an Ogawa Master Drive AI 2.0—the upgraded version.

Maybe tell us a little bit about your experience getting the chair.

John Ford: Sure. A few months ago, I stopped by one of your stores here in Madison, Wisconsin. They had the QXD massage chair, and I tried it out. I thought, “This feels really, really good.” It got me thinking about getting a massage chair again.

Then I started doing some research. I was looking at a few other brands—I wasn’t originally thinking about Ogawa. Human Touch came up, and then I saw your videos on YouTube. I started watching them, and after that, I checked out a few other chairs.

There was a Syna and an InnerBalance model that I tried at a local store here in Madison—that’s all they had. They were okay, but after watching your videos and learning more about your company, I really liked that you offer a lifetime warranty for maintenance and repairs. I thought that was great.
