As you may or may not know, Massage Chair Relief offers a lifetime labor warranty on every chair we sell. This lifetime labor warranty begins when the factory labor portion of the warranty expires.
So, for example, if the chair you’re buying comes with a one-year factory labor warranty, then after that first year, any issue that occurs with your chair, we will pay for the service technician’s labor. You would still be responsible for the parts, and in many cases the parts warranty may still be intact, but the labor portion will be covered by us for as long as you own the chair.
The reason I’m mentioning this is because, many times, customers come to us and say, “Well, a competitor told us one of three things,” all of which are simply not true—and I want to address them.
The first thing they say is that our lifetime labor warranty is a scam and that we don’t honor it. Of course, if you visit our Better Business Bureau page, you’ll see there are no complaints regarding this. If you go to our website and read or watch customer testimonials, you’ll see how happy our customers are with this warranty. The fact that we have no BBB complaints—and that our company is a BBB member—is proof enough that this is not a scam.
The second claim is that it’s too expensive and that we won’t even be around long enough to fulfill our lifetime labor warranty obligations. I’ve been in business for over 20 years, and we’ve been offering this lifetime labor warranty for more than 12 years—and we’re still here. In fact, we’ve been in business longer than any of the competitors who speak negatively about our lifetime labor warranty.
The third claim is that you won’t need any additional warranty after the factory warranty expires because the chairs “don’t break down very often.” That’s simply not true. As you know, most things—especially mechanical and electronic products—do break down as they age. Whether it’s a car, an appliance, or even your own body, wear and tear increases over time, and so does the likelihood of issues.
I wanted to debunk these three objections from competitors who try to cast doubt on our lifetime labor warranty—mainly because it’s something they don’t know how to compete with.
I hope you found this video helpful. I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from Massage Chair Relief, and I’ll see you in the next video. Bye-bye.
