By the way, when you purchase a used massage chair from us, it may or may not have any remaining factory warranty. However, you’ll still be covered by our lifetime labor warranty. That’s right—even our used massage chairs come with this coverage.

Our lifetime labor warranty covers the cost of the technician’s labor for repairs for as long as you own the chair.

If the chair is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s parts warranty, you’ll be responsible for the cost of any replacement parts. However, we’ll continue to cover the technician’s labor costs for as long as you own the chair.
