In reaction to reviewing more than 1000 different research studies, the World Health Organization recently announced that the organization no longer considers coffee to be a cancer-causing carcinogen. This is good news for those who live with chronic stress.
A recent Harvard University study found that people who drink coffee regularly have a lower risk factor for contracting stress-related illnesses like depression.
Other studies also found that drinking a few cups of coffee a can prevent against illnesses such as type II diabetes, cancer and liver failure.
