Are you taking Acetaminophen for lower back pain?

If you’re taking Tylenol, Panadol, Mapap, or any other Acetaminophen for your lower back pain, you may want to read this article. A new systematic review from 13 randomized controlled trials showed that acetaminophen has little help with curing lower back pain and neck pain. The paper concludes that it only offers minimal short-term benefit for people with osteoarthritis of the hip or knee.
