People who are working long hours at their jobs in areas like an office are at a risk for neck and shoulder pains. They are sedentary for long periods of time and are often using some sort of technology. Some ways to prevent having these pains are to go for routine massages or to get up and move throughout the day. If you can get up just a few times through out the day for a break and stretch, then you will be able to lower your risks for these pains in the future.
