There are tons and tons of articles and advice on how to alleviate lower back pain, but how do you know which ones really work? Well, it’s probably a smart idea to get checked out by a doctor first, just in case your back pain is due to something aside from stress or strain. This commentary however may help you relate your symptoms to others with the same ones, who have tried various exercises and treatments, and know which ones help, and which ones don’t. Again, always make sure to consult a doctor first, and never over do it with a stretch that may be too much for you.
