Neck stretches can be done by sitting up straight, and slowly bending your neck in each direction for 15 seconds each. A seated back stretch can be done by sitting up straight without your back resting against the back of the chair, and twisting your body to the left, and then to the right.
Shoulder shrugs, as the name implies, can be done by raising your shoulders up and down repeatedly. Arm stretches can be done by sitting at the edge of your chair and intertwining your hands behind your back, arching your shoulders and holding for 15 seconds, then reaching forward, pushing away from your chest.
