A lot of people throw their backs out or have back injuries when they work out because they are working out too much, do not have good form, or just don’t rest. Another good thing is by telling the coach that you have an injury and making sure that they modify the workout so that you are not hurting yourself even more than you previously did. Many people do not rest after they have worked out and your body needs that so you can recover.
