Stress is a universal human experience for men and women alike. today, the stress we face is more emotional than physical – kind of psychic sabre-toothed tigers. Men need to identify their stressors and reframe them, put them into perspective, so they don’t cause the same level of discomfort. Perhaps a man experiencing stress should assess what stresses him out and then set some realistic priorities – some things are just more important than others. Finally, a man needs to increase his capacity for stress, perhaps by meditation/prayer, participating in more physical activities like sports, and sleeping more.
