White Glove Service

When you purchase your massage recliner the shipping company will deliver it right to your doorstep. It's in a pretty big box(es). You will be responsible for unpacking it, assembling it, and then cleaning up all the packing materials. It's not hard to do, but the thought of doing all that intimidates some folks. Others just don't have the time or energy to do it. So, for those of you who don't want to deal with any of that when your new massage chair arrives, then White Glove Service is just what the doctor ordered! By the way, the White Glove Service is included with the purchase of an HT-9500 Human Touch and the Inada Sogno Dreamwave massage chairs.

Just check the "White Glove Service" option to include in your shopping cart when adding your chair. Once you've done that, the only time you'll have to lift a finger is to push the "Place Order Now" button here on the website and to push the remote control buttons of your brand new chair. We will not only have your chair delivered to your home, but we will have it unpacked, assembled, put exactly where you want it in your home, and then have all the cardboard and packing material cleaned up (by the way, you might want to hold onto the original packing material, since you'll need it if, for some reason, you want to return your chair within 90 days).

IMPORTANT! This is a separate service from the regular shipping costs. We highly recommend this wonderful option for your benefit. The cost of this service is $199.99 per chair. Expect delivery to take up to an extra week for delivery when ordering White Glove Service. If you decide to add white glove delivery after your purchase and after your chair has already shipped from the warehouse, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by making the change (and it almost certainly will cost substantially more than the white glove price we offer on our website).
