Alan: Hi, I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from ‘Massage-Chair-Relief.com‘ and today we’re going to introduce you to the OS-3D Pro Dreamer massage chair from Osaki. It’s one of their new Pro line of massage chairs, and this one is patterned after the old OS-6000, OS-7200H, and the OS-7200CR. What they’ve done with the Dreamer, is they’ve added the foot rollers that we didn’t have on the 6000, or the 7200H, the mechanical foot rollers on the bottom of the foot ottoman, and also, they’ve added 3D roller technology on to the rollers – which means rather than just going up and down, and side to side, like all rollers do, now the rollers go forward and back, almost 3.5 inches – to really increase the intensity of the massage, or really retract it. So, it’ll cater to everybody in your home.

Alan: If someone likes an more intense massage, you just move those rollers forward. If someone wants a less intense massage, retract the rollers back. You’ve got a 3, almost a 3.5-inch range to work with, and I’m telling you, when it’s fully deployed, it is intense, especially if you’ve got the chair reclined. The chair is a zero-gravity chair, and there’s two zero-gravity positions on the chair. You’ll see here that it has armrests on both sides, and I might mention that the armrests inflate sequentially, so it inflates one part of the arm, then the next. It’s not just one big bladder that inflates on the top and bottom part of your forearm, it also massages your wrists. You’ll also notice the ottoman has foot and calf airbags, and it has foot and calf rollers. The material separating your foot from the rollers, in the feet, is this synthetic leather, so it’s a little more durable, a little thicker, a little more tough, so the rollers, the same rollers, are in the OS-3D Pro Cyber, but they’re not as intense on this one because the material’s thicker between your foot and the rollers. The seat also inflates, you have airbags that inflate on the seat, to lift your pelvis from one side to the other.

Alan: You have thigh airbags, that are not designed to massage the sides of the thighs, but are designed to pin your hips in, so that when the rollers come up and down your back, it kind of helps increase the intensity of the rollers by holding your hips in place. We talked about this has a pedestal remote, a very simple remote to use, smaller than a lot of the other chairs, but easy to use. There’s the manual settings underneath the handle, of course, a smaller display, and all the other mechanics, or all the other buttons to make the mechanics function on the chair. We have a head pillow, a head pad, and of course, the 31-inch roller track. You’ve got a speaker system here, and the speakers are a little tinny at first, but you get accustomed to the sound pretty quick. Your phone plugs in to this 3.5-millimeter jack on the remote control stand, and you can put your phone in there if it fits, so you’ve got the remote and your phone in there.

Alan: This also has shoulder airbags that are designed to inflate on the sides of your shoulders to pin your shoulders in, so that when the rollers come up your mid back – kind of like what the thigh airbags did down in the low back – it holds your upper body in so that the rollers can get a more effective, deeper massage on the upper back. This chair also has the chromotherapy, it has the chromotherapy so when you turn on the chair, you’ll see blue lights on the sides of the chair. The chromotherapy is kind of cool, what it does is when you’ve got the chair in a dark room with all the lights out, and you turn it on, these blue lights create kind of an ambient blue hue in your room, and it’s very soothing, very relaxing. Blue is a very soothing and relaxing color, so that is the chromotherapy function of the chair. I think that’s about it. It’s got zero gravity, it has mechanical foot rollers, 3D massage in the roller technology in the back, and the music system, those are the things that kind of make this chair unique. It’s a great chair, we’ll go in to – our next video, which is the ‘First Time Use,’ how to use the chair for the first time, when you’re sitting in it for the first time – but we will of course, break this chair down in to various and sundry features.
