  • Mechanical Foot Rollers - 3 rows of spinning mechanical rollers under your feet will provide a reflexology-like therapy. Stimulated feel will make your whole body feel better.
  • Zero Gravity - A 30 degree tilt of the seat to give you the most comfortable sitting position while getting a massage, not to mention the relief it will give you if you have low back pain. This chair even has a 2nd recline setting to go back even further.
  • Adjustable Shoulder Airbags -Regardless of your height, you can now sit in a chair that allows you to enjoy the therapeutic benefit of the shoulder airbags because they are adjustable up and down.
  • 61 Airbags - Lots and lots of airbags, the Executive has everything covered from the shoulders all the way down to the feet...and everything in between. This chair will massage everything from your shoulders to your waist to your seat to you hips to your hands and arms to your calves and feet...thanks to all of these airbags.
  • Low Back Heating Pads - Built-in heating pads will melt your muscles away and make it possible for the rollers to really get in there and do their job.
  • Fits 4'10" - 6'4" Body - This chair will fit anyone in your household or business thanks to it's height versatility. It is rare to find a chair that fits such a large spectrum of body sizes.
  • Memory Function - Go ahead and customize your own massage program. And...if you like what you've created, go ahead and have the chair memorize that program so that you can replicate it everytime you sit in the chair, with the push of a button. You can memorize up to 3 programs or user profiles. A very convenient feature.

review of Titan Pro Executive Massage Chair
    Apr 21, 2018 at 07:22 AM

I have been searching for a massage chair for about a year. I retired as a firefighter due to injuries. I ended up having multiple cervical vertebra fused. Massage chairs seemed like a way to get some relief and hopefully help with sleep. Left the city moved rural which is great but zero options to try chairs out. I found Massage Chair Relief and their videos. I finally called and spoke with Mike. He spent a large amount of time with me and in the in the end pointed me toward the Titan. It was still a large investment for me, and after four months I pulled the trigger. Chair came quick, and assembly was pretty straight forward.
I was worried that the actual massage wouldn't be strong or deep enough. If you are considering this chair, have no worries. The Massage programs are fully adjustable and are gentle enough for my wife and vigorous enough for me. The foot massage is fantastic. Rollers on the bottom and very strong airbags that tightly move your feet around make for a great experience. The back massage is also very programmable. I will say this tho, the first time I used it I just started pressing buttons ( because who needs manuals), and used a preprogramed massage. It felt like some one was trying to drive a car thru my back. I am six foot tall. You definitely need to use the large up and down buttons (below the power button) to raise the settings for your back height. Once done the effect is fantastic. The chair has become very popular around here. Very happy with the purchase. Making a purchase of this size on the internet should not be done lightly. I am truly happy I found Massage Chair Relief. The best customer service I've had in while, throughout the entire process.

review of Titan Pro Executive Massage Chair
    Mar 28, 2018 at 01:02 PM

The following is a review of a black Titan Pro Executive massage chair that was purchased from MCR at a discount as a ‘showroom model’, which is also considered pre-owned by MCR. This is not a long term review; it’s related to the first few days of use and discusses delivery, assembly and basic functions and initial impressions of the chair. If you want the short version of the review…we are very happy with the chair, assembly can be tricky, shipping can be problematic, and Dr. Weidner, Michael and the MCR team are true all-stars regarding knowledge, product selection, availability (for calls/questions) and customer service!
    The Process-
My wife and I recently used an Infinity IT-8500 and we knew immediately a massage chair was a must-have. My wife has back pain related to scoliosis and I’m a LEO with various work-related strains, sprains, aches and pains. [Those details aside, a massage chair fits a need for any and all that are 5 foot-ish to 6 foot-ish that have pain or discomfort related to physical injuries, exertion, stress, age, etc. Looking back (no pun intended) on life before purchasing this chair…I needed this chair before I knew I needed this chair.]

The Infinity IT-8500 price was a bit daunting so I called MCR and spoke to Michael for some suggestions. I was initially interested in the Titan TP Pro 8400 (entry level chair) but Michael said the build quality of the Infinity was superior to the Titan product. Michael’s advice… don’t settle with another chair, wait and buy the IT-8500. Good advice but it would take a couple of years to buy the IT-8500 outright. (We don’t like to finance purchases or make payments.) Another chair that caught my eye while researching was the Titan Pro Executive…which falls in between the above mentioned chairs. At $2995.00 it was still a steep purchase (for us) but Michael did say it was a good chair; not a IT-8500, but a good chair. I read Dave Trent’s great review regarding the Titan Pro Executive on this website and since he was experienced with the quality of the IT-8500 and the affordable functionality of the Titan Pro Executive I knew I had the right chair in mind.

Michael mentioned checking the MCR Deals and Pre-owned chairs page of the website, updated regularly, and I found the MCR Utah showroom’s black Titan Pro Executive on sale! $1795. I called Michael and he said that chair at that price with a lot of life left in the chair…that’s a good deal. I purchased the Titan Pro Executive over the phone on 03/15/18 and MCR arranged the shipping. It was delivered by semi-tractor trailer on 03/27/18.

Soon after the purchase I received a Thank You postcard from Dr. Weidner which was personally hand written. And I received…well, wait, I don’t want to spoil the surprise if you buy a chair.

A couple of things to note-
MCR does their best to arrange (box up, label, palletize) their chairs for shipping. Once the freight company has the order the chair becomes their responsibility. I knew on delivery day to check the bill of laden (BOL) for the number of boxes to receive (someone else mentioned it in a review on this site) so I did just that. However, my BOL listed one skid (pallet) described as ‘chair’, nothing else. There were two boxes on the pallet and the driver only knew what was on the bill so I signed for it and pulled the boxes inside. Once everything was unboxed and ready to assemble I realized I didn’t receive the arm rests. I called the Utah store and Dr. Weidner answered. He assured me that the arm rests were included, because he packed the boxes, and he sent me a picture he took when the shipment was picked up by the carrier. I forwarded the picture to my contact at the freight carrier’s warehouse and she was able to find my missing box and delivered it to me later that same evening. Thankfully Dr. Weidner is on top of his game and well organized. His picture of my shipment enabled me to track down the missing box before it made its way somewhere else!

I should note…when I called Dr. Weidner to ask about the missing arm rests and he immediately replied, “We’ll find the arm rests and if we don’t I will buy you new arm rests. I will make this right.” Like I said before, once the freight company has the order it is their responsibility. Dr. Weidner could have easily said ‘Call the delivery company and figure it out with them.’ Instead, he was ready make sure my needs were meet and that I was a satisfied customer. You don’t learn this in business school or at UC at Berkley…this is a statement of his character.

    Delivery-
The main chair box is HUGE and is rolled out of a semi-trailer on a warehouse dolly. It’s the size of a large refrigerator box, but laying down. The two other boxes were big, but manageable. [White Glove services isn’t offered with pre-owned purchases so I knew I was taking a gamble on whether or not I could manage to move it in on my own.] The top of the HUGE box lifts off easily (think shoebox lid) and the walls of the box could be pulled up from the bottom piece of cardboard, exposing the chair and packing materials. This model of massage chair did fit easily through my standard front door (still on the cardboard base of the box) and I was able to slide/pull it to my bedroom door (after removing the cardboard base). This would have NOT have been a one man job if I had to go up or down stairs.

Assembly of the showroom model was tedious but manageable. I had a manual but as many reviewers note the English translation is lacking at best- “Plate pin responds at frame hole.” The accompanying illustrations are just as useless; lacking detail and orientation to what the picture is displaying in reference to where that is on the chair. With time and tinkering you can get it figured out. I did have to remove a metal cover from the front of the chair with a Phillips screw driver, just below the seat, in order to reach into the ‘guts’ of the chair to find an air hose that attached to the ottoman. No biggie. The arm rests for this model have four ‘pins’ that fit into four corresponding holes on the frame. Once those are aligned and in you have four screws (two for each arm rest) that secure the arm rests to the frame. Very tight space between frame and arm rests, can’t see the hole while you’re trying to hand screw hardware. Not fun. The chair comes with a miniature Allen wrench to use, but it’s a real pain because of the lack of space and visibility.

    The Chair-

The Titan Pro Executive in black is relatively attractive. Some of the massage chairs we looked at were too contemporary or too NASA-ish (in regards to looks. Love the zero-g!) It does not have the space-saving feature other models do and I can see why that’s desirable. When the Executive is outstretched (reclined fully and ottoman extended out) it is relatively long, seven feet in length? Maybe more. It cannot be set with the back of the chair against a wall.

Three things that are very apparent when you use the chair for the first time: the 3D rollers are very effective on your neck, shoulders and back. The boot style foot massagers are very strong and equally effective (I’ve never felt anything quite like it and actually pulled my feet out the first time it compressed because it was so tight). The chair is noisy.

Regarding the noise. Michael was upfront about the noise related to this specific model and told me to expect it. You can hear the motor, gears and some of the pulsing of the pneumatics as the air bladders are expanding/contracting. Although the sound is apparent and somewhat industrial, it is not overwhelming and didn’t keep me from falling asleep during my initial session in the chair. As Michael described it, and I now agree, it’s like white noise, it just tends to be part of the environment. I visit a chiropractor on a regular basis and this chair is not as loud as the traction table I use there. This chair is outfitted with Bluetooth speakers but I haven’t used them yet. I think if I was using the speakers or wearing headphones and listening to music the soft drone of the chair wouldn’t be noticeable.

The corded remote panel is relatively easy to navigate but the organization of the features and intensity levels is a little off, like the instruction manual (the directions to assemble the arm rests are halfway through the book). The remote will become more familiar with use.

The chair has two wheels on the bottom to help move it around, one on each side at the backside of the chair. You have to tilt the chair at a drastic angle to allow the wheels to do their job and the heavy chair becomes a bit unwieldy when tilted. I suggest you get it where you want it and plan to leave it there.

I feel confident that this showroom Titan Pro Executive model is a great value when considering its cost and condition (it barely had a scuff on one side of the base- everything else looked close to new and is functioning properly). You give up the ability to return the chair and the White Glove delivery but you maintain the warranty and you get a fantastic chair.

Now I’ll start working on the Referral Program! Just put my name in the comments section when you purchase your chair! ;)

review of Titan Pro Executive Massage Chair
    Nov 16, 2017 at 12:50 PM

Greetings to all interested to learn more about the Titan Pro Executive. I currently own an Infinity IT-8500 massage chair, currently in use at a different residence. I have a new home and decided it was time for another massage chair. I was trying to hold out for a Dreamwave, but my lower back has been killing me since my recent move. After consulting with Dr. Weidner, I decided on the Titan Pro Executive. So far, it has been the perfect stop-gap I needed until I get the Inada or something similar. I will start off with saying the IT-8500 is a fantastic chair, offering excellent stretching programs and a very relaxing but powerful massage that will definitely work your muscles in the right places. I can't count the number of times that chair relaxed me to the point of falling asleep in the chair. In this case, I figured, already have that, why not try something different since it has been a few years. Now to the Titan Pro.

You would be hard pressed to find a chair that offers as much as this chair for the money. I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by the level of intensity you can wring out of this chair, as well as how adjustable the manual settings are. The upper back and shoulder 3D massage is quite intense (fully adjustable of course) and can easily relax even the tightest muscle conditions. Even the stretch program works surprisingly well (although the IT-8500 edges it out). I like to put the chair on the "Fine" program as it offers a very aggressive combination of full back 3D roller and full body air bag massage. Even the foot rollers are very interesting in that it feels as if someone is gripping the ball of your foot in one hand, then pulling your toes with the other. That feeling is quite relaxing. And the foot rollers are not overly aggressive, as with some chairs. The heating function on the chair works exceedingly well, even in the calves and knees, which was a pleasant surprise. And the Blue Tooth digital speaker system works very well. I play relaxation music through the speakers from my phone and it works well. Additionally, I was able to download an APP to operate the chair from my phone; nice touch. The only complaint (which is not really a complaint) is when removing the head rest for a deeper massage in your neck, it feels as if your head and neck are in a totally unnatural position in relation to alignment of your spine. The rollers do not really compensate for that; however, the head rest is very adjustable up or down with the velcro straps that are aligned under. This does help when you want to raise the height of the head rest and get a deeper massage on your neck and base of the skull. If you are considering getting the Titan Pro Executive, but concerned the price is "too low" to offer a good massage (trust me, I was), then worry no more. This chair does just fine. You will be pleasantly surprised. This chair is a great bang for your buck! Five Stars! And last but not least, as always, Dr. Weidner and his team provided knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. All my questions were answered professionally and quickly, which helped tremendously narrowing my selection of chair to the best option. After purchase, I received my chair within one week; yet another pleasant and much needed surprise. This chair was incredibly easy to assemble. Literally, a couple screws for the arms, and a few associated electrical / air connectors and you are getting a great massage in minutes.

review of Titan Pro Executive Massage Chair
    Apr 21, 2017 at 01:20 PM

Massage Chair Relief...Purchasing the chair online is smooth. But after buying online I cannot stress enough to anyone reading, if you can get to a store and try chairs, do it. I think I might have gone with a different chair if I could have done that. I hit a problem early on with delivery of the chair. I was rather upset. But after Dr. Weidner got involved, he took care of the problem and then went a step above. Best customer service I have dealt with in awhile. Only criticism I can offer is that things should have been looked into the 1st time I emailed with a problem.

    Titan Pro Executive
When they tell you the box is big, believe it ! It shipped in 2 boxes, 1 of which filled the bed of my pickup. The chair ships in its 0 G position. VERY HEAVY ! It arrived in perfect condition. Assembly is mounting the arms. 2 screws in each arm and a cpl of electrical connectors. Screws are a bit hard to get to but not impossible.
The owners manual is useless. Must be redone. Seems like a Chinese person translated it to English without a firm grasp of the language.
A little about me, 52, 6' 1", male, very broad shoulders. I have cervical and lumbar injuries. also have Diabetes 2. The chair is very accommodating everywhere but the shoulders, I can barely get mine in but they do fit. I guess my size is the upper limit of the chair. The massage is very good and adaptable. The air bags are plentiful and do what they should, except for a weird one that comes up out of the seat. The foot rollers cause unbearable pain I'm guessing from the diabetes, feels like someone is peeling the skin off my feet, but my wife{5'1"} loves them and the heat. I just shut off the rollers when I use the chair. The chair is highly adaptable and I fully recommend it. But if you have injuries like I do you have to really spend some time adjusting it to your needs or its gonna hurt. Wish it would work on the neck a little better. All in all a very good chair. I have some issues with it because of my injuries, but my wife who is injury free falls asleep in it just about every nite. There is also an app for your phone. You can find it under AP Lotus.

Simply put, Massage Chair Relief of Cerritos offered the best chairs, at the best prices, all the while providing the very best customer service I quite frankly have ever seen. Given the nature of my physical ailments, a massage chair was a medical necessity and with Michaels guidance I was able to narrow down the search to the chair that best suited my needs in no time. Michael is a special guy, with a special gift, and I'm grateful for his expertise, & I'm confident that you will be too~
