Two Month Update:
Well it is just over two months since we made the Osaki OS-7200H a permanent fixture in our home. That's right, last week I cut up the two boxes that the Chair was delivered in, and could be returned in within 90 days, because it's not going anywhere without a fight. This Chair has brought a new level of physical and emotional comfort to both my Wife and Me. It is not unusual for me to come inside after the two of us have been working outside and find my wife getting a soothing massage and pleasing attitude adjustment after a strenuous physical workout. We have found that after a particularly physical workout, if we use the "Muscle Relief" program soon after, then again the next morning we no longer go through 2 to three days suffering muscular aches and pains. Once after I noticed she had been missing for about 30 minutes, I found her in the Chair and she stated that she was determined to experience ever different mode of massage that the Osaki had to offer. I don't think 30 minutes was enough time to accomplish the goal. Again Dr. Alan, thanks for the quality of products and service you provide. In this day and age they are definitely "A cut above". Thanks again and again Dr. Alan for showing us a way to a more comfortable and enjoyable retirement.

Dear Dr. Alan,
Well my Osaki OS-7200H was delivered one day before my 76th birthday, on a pallet by the front door. My wife and I opened the two boxes and took the pieces into our bedroom one at a time. We followed the instructions and before long it was up and running. Wow what an experience. We have had our chair for just over a week now and everyday it just gets better and better. My wife was not to thrilled at my investment but after a week she is singing its praises. She likes the look and feel of the chair which was an initial hurdle to her after seeing another brand chair at the Oregon State Fair. Next she found that she loves the versatility of this chair. It has so many ways to work so many different parts of your body so completely it is amazing. There are 42 buttons on the remote control, some which control 5 speeds, strengths and intensities More than once I have found her in the chair trying one of the many programs that are pre-installed and praising the physical and emotional experience she is having. One thing that I enjoy most is our chair sits right under a skylight so when I go to Zero Gravity mode I am looking straight up at beautiful clouds, aircraft and birds that I would normally never see passing by overhead. It all adds to the experience plus at night the LED cromo-therapy lighting pulsating off the walls and ceiling in the alcove where our chair sits off the Master Suite is just the crowning touch to enhance my evening recovery massage. So thanks again Dr. Alan for providing us the information and assurance that the risks of purchasing online were minimal and that both the physical and emotional effects are very beneficial.

I went to Dr. Weidners show room twice, once alone and the next time with my wife. Dr. Weidner (Alan) was very kind and patient with us while we tried all of his chairs, answering all of our questions and letting us decide which chair would work best for us.
We finally decided on the Osaki OS-6000 (we didn't need the heat). My wife and I love this chair. After a stressful day at work I can't wait to get home and relax in the chair for 30 or so minutes. I use this chair every day. On Sundays my children come over for dinner and they all line up to take turns on our chair.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the attention and service given to me by Alan and I would definately go to him in the furture. I really love this chair and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great massage chair.

I'm in Love! Let's see where to start. First I would like to thank Dr. Weidner for thee best massage chair website out there. I've been trying to decide for over a year on what massage chair I wanted to purchase. Then I just happened on this website. The whole set up of this page and Alans awesome youtube videos really helped in making me decide what was the perfect chair for my family and I. Alan what more can I say has been the greatest through the whole buying process. When I say fast responder to emails that he is. He never leaves you hanging. I love that!! The moment you buy the chair he emails you exactly what to expect and boy he is right on. Even after the deliver of the chair he still checks on you to insure everything from the deliver to the the set up and use of the chair is ok.
Second I would like to say if your having any doubts on what chair to buy….BUY THIS CHAIR!!!! (Osaki 7200h) Oh my how it totally melts away all the stress. I have never been so pleased in my life. If you dream of how you want a massage and exact points where you want rubbed this chair will deliver. There are preprogrammed massages that are a dream (especially the stretch program!) but I rarely use them because making my own massage up has been the greatest. No joke when I say this hits all the spots you need it to hit. Its has taken all those years of knots and stress and has melted them away. Far away…. I choose to put this chair together with my the help of my Mom. If you watch Alans videos it says it take about 20mins. Well it took me about an hour to be honest. I ran into a hard time trying to connect the hoses together which is only four. I found those a little hard to push together where you however may find it easy. But other than that little snag the rest was easy. To sum it up stick with this site if your thinking about purchasing a massage chair you will not be disappointed.
Really consider this chair….the price is right and you get all the features of the other chairs plus a whole lot more!!!!
Nothing more to say other then……IM IN LOVE WITH MY CHAIR!!!!!!

I really have to say working with Dr. Weidner was a real pleasure. Not only does he know his products inside and out, but by the end of your purchase decision you count him as a friend. I've never dealt with a more open and honest individual than Alan. His dedication in getting me into the proper chair was astounding. After I viewed his many informative video clips, and narrowed my choice down to a few, I called him, not once but three times, he spent a great deal of time on each call, I never felt rushed or pushed at all. Thank you Alan for your help and expertise in getting me into the right chair. As to the Osaki 7200H chair that I purchased, well, I cannot think of better words to describe it than, Ahhhhhh, Ohhhhhh, Mmmmmm, and, at the end, a long slow contented sigh.
The fit and finish of this chair is excellent. With two people, putting this chair together was easy and accomplished in 20 minutes. The remote was a little confusing at first, but no more complicated than any new item to learn. We havn't tried any of custom setting yet as the factory preprogrammed ones seem to fill our needs quite nicely. I'm sure with time and more experience the custom features will be used more. I only hope our marriage can with stand the purchase of this most excellent chair. After a hard afternoons work in the yard, it becomes a rush to see who gets the chair first. Come to think of it "I GOT DIBS" got to go she's headed for the chair now.
