We guarantee that defective massage chairs will be repaired or replaced during the effective warranty period.
What is covered in this Warranty
- For Home Use:
- This warranty includes part and labor costs covered for the first 3 years at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty includes an addition two (2) years for parts at no cost to the customer.
- For Commercial Use:
- This warranty includes part and labor costs covered for the first 6 months at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty includes an additional 6 months for parts at no cost to the customer.

Extended Warranty Plan
Luraco massage chair comes with a high expectation of performance and reliability, which should last for many years. However, all products have a defective rate. If something does go wrong, Luraco can back it up with an available Extended Warranty Plan. The Extended Warranty Plan provides home-use customers an additional 2 years of comprehensive protection for Luraco massage chairs.
Note: Extended warranty plan is only available for in-home use only. Luraco does not offer this plan for commercial use. No labor warranty will be offered for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international sales.

I am delighted to write a positive review for Luraco I-9 massage chair and the exceptional customer service provided by Dr. Weidner, Carson, and Stan at the store. From the moment of delivery and installation, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The chair itself is a marvel, with features like arm rollers, calf rollers, foot rollers, and a soothing back massage. The Achilles massage is a particular highlight, providing much-needed relief. Although it comes at a higher price point, the chair’s quality is undeniable. The relaxing music and diverse massage programs add to the overall experience. Personally, I have found great relief from back pain, repetitive strain injuries, as well as calf, Achilles, and ankle injuries. All in all, I believe the Luraco I-9 massage chair is truly the best chair they have to offer. I made several trips to the store and tried almost all of their chairs. This one seemed to have the most features.
