Alan: Anyway, the first thing I like to do is I like to remove the neck pad and the back pad, so that I have full exposure of the rollers against my back, except for that thin linen that’s between the rollers and my back. And of course, you take your shoes off, always take your shoes off when you go in to your massage chair, so you don’t wear out the linen in the feet area. And you sit back, we'll pull out the remote control, and on the remote control, you basically just turn on the power button.

Alan: When you turn on the power button, it gives you a series of options, and you can either go to automatic programs, you can go to manual roller program, or manual air program, but in this situation – I hope you can see this on the video – this is the default menu. There's the programs, and these are all the programs, and there's a couple other ones down there below, I think there's 10 in all, or manual, that’s manual rollers, manual air, and some other preferences. I'm going to toggle over. We'll go to the 'Quick' program, just to get started, then you press OK, and the chair begins to run. And it's got a little pouch here to put the remote control in, you lean back. Notice how the chair is reclining now, and if you want, you can go back in to a zero-gravity position. I'm not going to do that right now, it's a pretty good recline for me right now. And then you just lean back, and always keep your head back when you sit in a massage chair for the first time. Or when you just, I mean, when you first turn the chair on, so that the chair can figure out how tall you are, and where your shoulders and your head on, because you don’t want the chair to think that you're – a lot of people keep their heads up when they're sitting on a chair for the first time, you know, looking around and looking at the remote – keep your head back so the chair can figure out where your head and shoulders are, and the chair will start to massage you.

Alan: Now, the Brio, for a Chinese chair, an L-track, is a very nice, quiet chair. It's got a good, strong squeeze on the calves, and on the feet, and on the hands. You can adjust the intensity of the rollers, if you'd like. It's got foot rollers, zero gravity, kind of a zero-gravity tilted position where I am now, a very nice chair. But anyway, that’s all you got to do to get started on the chair. So, it's basically turn on the chair, and then scroll to the program that you want to use. When you're done, of course, you just push the power button, and the chair shuts off. Or, you can wait until the program ends, and when the program ends, then you got to push the 'Recline' button up, to bring you back up, and you can just turn the program off whenever you want, and it comes, it restores itself back to its neutral position.

Alan: So, that is how I would recommend using the chair for the first time, very simple. Don’t be intimidated by it. The remote's a little bit different, because it's got kind of a different display, and a different menu selection, but it's – once you use it once or twice, you get the hang of it – it's very easy. And the first time you use the chair, I think it defaults to 15 or 20 minutes, just, that’s a good time to read the owner's manual, and kind of get familiar with the chair. But anyway, that’s the first-time use of the Positive Posture Brio massage chair.
