    We purchased this chair for my parents and they absolutely love it. They are used to getting deep tissue massages and this chair does the job for them. There are different levels of strength so it’s customizable for how deep you like the massage. They were so happy with it that they convinced us to purchase one too. We have been using it every day. My husband likes it a bit stronger while I like it a bit lighter. There are so many options that we haven’t tried all of it yet. The one that surprised us was that it helps you stretch as well. Very happy with the purchase. I also want to thank Dr. Weidner for guiding and helping us with the chair. He is very knowledgeable and truly wants his clients to love their purchase. If you’re looking to purchase a chair, Dr. Weidner is the guy.

    I took time to research message chairs and visited with Dr. Weidner many times. He was always very patient and informative. Dr. Weidner recommended coming to the show room to try out the chairs. We had planned a trip to Message Chair Relief’s show room in Arizona. Unfortunately, because of a Covid scare, we were unable to make the 13 hour trip. So, we went to Boulder and Arvada, Colorado to test the chairs he recommended. The Human Touch Super Novo was our favorite! It was relaxing and comfortable. We tried out many other chairs, but in my case, the others were uncomfortable. So I highly recommend trying out the chairs before you decide on one. We are extremely happy with our purchase, as were our kids when they came for Christmas! My husband and I both suffer from some lower back issues. After using this chair, his numbness in his foot is gone! Our daughter is eight months pregnant. She has been coming over to sit in the chair to relieve her back pain. Everyday one of the family tries another feature of the chair and finds a new favorite feature. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Weidner. He gives outstanding customer service!     I bought this chair for my wife as a Christmas present and she absolutely LOVES it. I had a feeling she would and the chair itself is amazing, however the service of Massage-chair-relief was even better. They answered every question I had, and I had a million, and walked me through so many different chairs that I feel like a pro now. The delivery process was smooth and the ultimate reason I chose them to purchase from was their lifetime warranty on Labor. My biggest fear about buying a chair was that it would stop working after a year and then just sit in my house. With the lifetime labor warranty, I won’t fear calling to have things fixed “if” they do fail after years of use. Great chair but even better company and service!

    First AND foremost, we purchased our Luraco 7Plus from Doctor Weidner as an open box item. I could not be happier. The chair was delivered as promised, in new condition. Our family enjoys this chair daily and you quickly learn the health benefits of having your own massage chair at your beck and call. My wife was reluctant to purchase such a pricey Christmas gift, but has learned she was completely wrong about delaying this purchase for over a year. I HIGHLY suggest you visit a store and check out what chair is best for you. You will not find an all in one as close as we have to this chair, but you should know what you’re looking for MOST in a chair. Try them out, and select the one you prefer and DO NOT BASE YOUR DECISION ON PRICE. You are going to spend a truck load of money on a chair. Don’t go cheap just to have an expensive room ornament you won’t use.

    This chair is a life-saver! Purchased with an amazing discount and with Dr. Weidner’s personalized service, we were able to easily purchase it – make changes on our purchase when we needed it, and have the chair delivered to our home. It took us about an hour to put it all together – not hard to do with a YouTube video – just being slow and careful – the air hoses took some effort to ensure pushing in – but once we got it all put together – we both took turns falling asleep in it! It looks and feels like a spaceship and you literally feel like you are leaving for outer space. The prior reviews say its “aggressive” but I’d reframe it – to me, I had not had a massage in over a year – especially with the pandemic – so everything was aggressive. After noodling with the functions and playing with everything, I was able to figure out how to lessen and lighten the massage and now, after a week of having the chair, we’ve managed to get it to the write pressure, etc. and its just pure HEAVEN. It makes a HUGE difference everyday, gets our blood circulating…and even helped me with an adjustment issue that I had when I strained my back doing something else a few days after getting the chair. You still should exercise, eat right etc., but this chair is a must for ensuring total body health. I start my every morning and end my every day in it and its indispensable. With the lifetime labor warranty this was a no brainer when I did thorough research on the competition. Here’s hoping for years of health and healing with this chair!

    We recently purchased the Imperial after speaking with Dr Weidner after seeing his informational videos on YouTube; the service we have received from Massage Chair Relief, as well as Infinity customer support (located in Seabrook NH), has been great all around…. the chair arrived on time to our home in Massachusetts within a couple weeks from the order date and fit thru our narrow 30” doors after taking it out of the box; the assembly was a little more challenging than depicted on the videos, but we finally got it together.This chair is is a powerful, sophisticated, high end piece of equipment that takes time to learn how to use properly within your comfort level and body type….. I’m 6’3” 230 lbs and my wife is 5’4” 135lbs…. we are both becoming more and more comfortable with the chair as we continue to learn. I called Infinity with some questions, and they quickly sent me a pad for the chair and the foot rollers to soften the intensity….. I received them in one day (free of charge) and they work great… highly recommended as you get used to the chair. We love the Imperial, especially at the currently reduced price….. it’s a high end machine to be respected and appreciated; we own and operate a landscape Co and love to hike (we’re in our 60s)….. the Infinity Imperial is a wonderful addition to our busy lives!

    I think this review might be more helpful if I broke it into two parts. The chair and the whole buying experience.
    The chair – arrived sooner that expected which was fine for sure. The communication from MCR, the freight shipper, and the local delivery/set up company was great. We were informed almost daily with each step of the process by each party, with MCR providing oversight communication, from the warehouse to my home. The install was quick and nearly perfect – there were a couple of niggles that I sorted out on my own. I kept the shipping materials ‘just in case’ I need to return the chair. The plan is to hold them for 30 days and then dispose. But after nearly twice daily use by two people the 30 days may get reduced with the chair’s flawless performance. I’m tall, 6’4″ and my wife it 5’6″ and the chair accommodates our height spread without issue. There are several programs in the preprogramed list that suit us well. The adjustability of the rollers and air pressure allow us to set the chair up for our individual preferences. The intensity and effectiveness of the massage works well for us. I have chronic pain in a calf that this chair really helps me deal with it. I have thought that a 20 minute chair massage is like getting 60+ minutes of massage by a person because so may things are happening at the same time certainly more than one person could do alone. That said I’m not sure it’s helpful to describe in detail the user experience because each of us has different needs/expectations for a massage chair – mine won’t match yours. You need to ‘find’ the solution that best fits your needs. And that is where MCR and Dr. Alan shine.
    The buying experience – the internet is an amazing tool to quickly educate yourself on brands, features, specs, pricing, etc etc but at the end of the day it’s one dimensional learning in that I had facts but no practical knowledge. Sort of like being a Flight Simulator pilot verses a real cockpit pilot – knowledge but not enough to really fly. This is where Dr. Alan provides practical insight that helps sort through fit and features. Over the course of several weeks of shopping, asking, answering, asking again, answering again and phone calls we got to a place that we could make an educated decision that had a high probably of working for us. And it has worked. At the end of the day there are a lot of moving pieces to making a good decision about spending hard earned dollars and MCR makes the whole process easier with honest answers, experienced advice and a customer focused approach. The life time labor warranty was a plus for us but honestly I’d have to say the the peace of mind I have regarding this whole experience comes from the trust and confidence that I have in MCR and Dr. Alan’s business integrity. Stuff can happen and if it does I am confident that we can sort it out.

    I recently purchased the Human Touch Novo XT2 from message-chair-relief. The complimentary white glove service provided flawless delivery and complete setup. The Novo XT2 was in the sweet spot for me. It was at my maximum price point and still has all of the features I wanted. Dr. Weidner was a tremendous help. He answered all of my questions and made me comfortable before making my purchase. I can’t imagine buying a message chair from anyone else.

    Massage Chair Relief is the best place to buy a massage chair. You can sit in all of the chairs, try them out, and see which works for you. The programs on this chair are outstanding, the stretch superb. You can do a full air massage as well. There is not a better chair on the market, and MCR is the best place to purchase. One suggestion though, it would be nice if you could update the firmware, and design your own massage program.

Dr. Weidner, Received my chair on Friday. It's AWESOME!!!! It did take some adjusting to get it just right but the more I used it and explored, the more comfortable I got with it. A few observations:
  • Holding the control is a bit awkward, I might install it on a gooseneck (like the Panasonic chair) so I can see it while reclined and have easy access to it.
  • The chair does so much more than the instructions, the combinations are endless.
  • It can be reclined to the Zero Gravity position yet they don't advertise this.

"Being involved with college athletics, I was constantly plagued with muscle spasms.

My calves and shoulder blades were especially tight, and would inhibit me from performing my best. In search of relief, I tried medication, therapy, and even surgery. I had a problem where it stopped working recently and it was also outside of the warranty. I contacted Massage chair relief to find out who I should contact to get it repaired, and to my surprise, Alan sent a repair technician to repair it for free. "The warranty is real! I purchased a massage chair from the online store 3 years ago.

At the time, I had seen some chairs at Costco, and planned to buy one from Costco until I saw better selection on this website. I purchased an Ogawa Refresh chair sight unseen (except for web reviews). At the time of purchase, a lifetime labor warranty was included from the store. I assumed this would be of little use (I have not had good experience with warranties from other stores). Fast forward to 2019, the shoulders of the chair became disconnected. I contacted Dr. Weidner, and he was exceedingly helpful. He had the cost of the repair invoiced directly to him, so I never even saw a bill. I highly recommend this store and the excellent service and warranty. I would not hesitate to purchase another massage chair from this store. You can believe in the lifetime labor warranty!"
