We have been told from a young age to pick a career that we love if we want to be happy in our lives. A study from Indiana University has proved that this is true. They showed that the people with the highest stress jobs tend to die at a younger age. This is believed to be directly linked with the amount of control one has at work. Jobs that demand more and let you control less tend to put more stress on your health and relationships, which leads to more health problems earlier in life.
