Universities Using Massage, Yoga to Reduce Student Stress

 

A number of esteemed universities are looking to alternative medicine to help students cope with the stress that comes with college life. UCLA, Cal State Northridge and USC have all opened wellness centers that offer students massage, acupuncture, meditation and yoga classes so that they can better manage stress and put all their attention toward their studies.
