Stress doesn’t just happens to you because of outside forces, it also builds and forms depending on how you respond to it. If you’re stressed because you haven’t heard back from a job you interviewed for, your mind is probably running wild with reasons why you didn’t getting, giving your thoughts free reign over you and your mood. So instead of repeating the thoughts that will add to your stress, acknowledge the thought, remind yourself you’re wasting time and energy, and omit it.
