That’s exactly what we are going to do. We’re going to tell you and show you. One thing you can do to reduce your stress is to make a list of things you need to get done. This way you are not side tracked thinking about what you may have forgotten. Rather than do that, you can focus and rest secure in what you have before you on the paper. This eliminates the thought that you are forgetful and allows you to move forward and concentrate.
