Study Finds That Parental Massages Benefits Both Moms and Babies

 

A new study has found that when a mom gives her baby a massage, both mother and child benefit from the experience. The gentle pressure of the massage relaxes the baby so it can fall asleep easier and the skin to skin contact helps the mother by greatly reducing her stress levels.
