Study Finds Stress Rate among US Workers Increased Sharply in Recent Years


A recent survey of US workers found that stress, anxiety and depression rates among that group have increased 58 percent from 2012 to 2014. Since higher than normal levels of stress and anxiety can have a number of deleterious health effects, it’s important that workers prioritize their self-care and engage in relaxing activities such as getting a massage as frequently as possible.
