According to some surveys, some 40 million Americans are afflicted by some form of anxiety disorder. If you’re one of those people you might consider making regular massage sessions a part of your life. As the Psych Central feature explains, a University of Washington study found that massage treatments “significantly improved” the mental health of anxiety sufferers.
