Study Finds Link between Stress and Alzheimer’s in Older Adults


A new study has found that older adults who are under extreme amounts of stress have a much higher risk factor for contracting Alzheimer’s disease than those who do not. This new study only underlines the importance of finding and maintaining habits that combat the effects of stress, such as getting regular aerobic exercise and weekly massage treatments.
