Study Finds Computerized Anxiety Therapy Sessions Are As Effective As in Person Treatments


A recently completed study conducted by the University of Pittsburg found that certain online therapies are as effective at alleviating the symptoms of anxiety and depression as many in person treatments.

Researchers found that patients who took advantage of computerized cognitive behavioral sessions was effective at improving the mood and emotional stability of their patients over the course of a six-month period.
