Struggling with Stress-Related Insomnia? Take a Tai Chi Class

 

A newly published study has found that older adults had reduced rates of stress, depression, insomnia and tissue inflammation after they began attending tai chi classes on a regular basis. Because it was found to have a positive impact on their patients stress levels, researchers also believe that those that practice tai chi will have a lower risk factor for contracting certain cancers and heart disease later in life.
