AP-Pro UltraAlan: Hi, I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from ‘‘ and today I’m going to demonstrate to you the simplicity of the remote control of the Apex Ultra massage chair. Now, the remote control is a smaller one. It’s not a pedestal remote, where it sticks up on a pedestal like some chairs. When you’re done with it, and you’re not using it, you can just slide it inside one of the arm airbags, and close it, and it’ll hide it, obscure it from view, but the remote control is very simple. Now, you’re going to see here that there’s the print on here, and the print on here have been worn out, and that’s probably one of the only drawbacks of this chair is that the font, or the print, the labels come off with the touch of the fingers and the oil of the hand. But needless to say, this is the manual – well, not needless to say, we do need to tell you that this is the manual button – so if you want to go to manual settings, you push that button. If you want to go zero gravity, push that button, and there are three settings on this chair in zero gravity. So, you push it once, it’ll put it in one position, push it twice, another position, push it three times, it’ll go back even further.

Alan: The power button of the chair is up here, and you can turn it on and off from that power button. The display is here, in the light here it’s very difficult to see the display, but you’ve got a timer there, you’ve got a body map, and up here, you can see what program you’re on, and but that is the display of the chair, and it’ll be a lot easier to see in a less-lit room. Here are the auto programs, there’s four of them. So, you push it for number one, push it for number two, three, and four. ‘Stress Care’ is a type of a program that this chair has, a little bit more relaxing program. The ‘3D Reflex’ has to do with changing the way that the foot rollers work on you. Of course, there’s a heating pad, spot, or portion massage are part of the manual settings, so if you push the manual-settings button, the chair will – and you can move the rollers up or down, using these arrow buttons, to where you want it to go – and you can either keep it in one spot, or put it on a section, like a zone, where it’ll go up and down, they call that ‘Portion’ on this chair. You can pause the massage at any time by pushing that button. It’ll stop the massage, in the middle of your massage, you don’t have to stop the whole chair, and then start again later, you can pause it, and then turn it back on again. Down here, we’ve got the foot roller, you can turn on and off the foot rollers. You can adjust the airbag intensity here.

Alan: You can adjust the width of the – oh no, sorry, this is the turning on and off the airbags – this is the foot roller, this is adjusting the width of the rollers. And of course, as I pointed out before, you can move the rollers up or down, you can move the chair back down, or the chair back up, the ottoman up, or the ottoman down, if you want to adjust the positioning of this chair a little bit. That’s the remote control of the Apex Ultra massage chair, very simple remote control to use. Of course, don’t forget the power button is at the top, it will frustrate you if you don’t know that, you’ll wonder how to turn the darn thing on, but that’s the Apex Ultra remote control.
