Nonsurgical Methods of Treating Chronic Knee Pain Proved to Be Effective


A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that chronic knee pain sufferers don’t necessarily need a knee replacement to find pain relief. Researchers discovered that after 12 weeks of physical therapy, exercise and diet modification, patients with chronic knee pain saw an increase in their overall quality of life.
