There are more Americans than ever before that are suffering from a mental depression, stress, and anxiety. Over 3% suffer from on of these issues. Suicide is also on the rise. Experts believe the great recession, and the constant social media and news coverage of it, is a large factor in this rise of physiological distress. Adding to the issue is the fact that people with these conditions already have a hard time accessing the health care system.
