You can manage your stress by monitoring your body’s reactions to it. Many leaders fail because they do not pay attention to what is going on inside of themselves. Senior leaders have a keen eye and can see things around them very clearly. They watch markets and world events very closely. Not noticing what is going on inside of yourself is a very bad thing. You can not understand what is happening around you, if you do not understand what is going on inside of you.
