In some ways, stress can be very helpful. It can give you the motivation necessary to literally and figuratively go that extra mile you didn’t think you are capable of. However, when our stress gets out of control, it can inflict significant damage on our personal and professional lives.
The key is finding a balance by relieving excess stress through regular aerobic exercise and engaging in relaxing activities such as getting a massage.
