I recently posted an interview with a customer of mine on YouTube and in the course of our discussion about the chair, I asked him if he’d noticed any health benefits from using the chair. He mentioned that he didn’t really get the chair for pain relief but that he loved the chair.
Well, after posting the interview, I got this email from another customer of mine, Dennis, who had quite a different therapeutic experience from his Dreamwave and wanted to make sure I knew about it. With his permission, I have posted the content of his letter below…
“By the way, I watched the vid you sent last week on the guy from FL who bought the Dreamwave. As you know, this is the chair you recommended for me. The golf benefit was funny and the sleep a good thing but no health benefits?! Really?!
How about these health benefits for me…
1. Lowered my blood pressure AT LEAST 8-10 points (and probably more like 10-12)
2. Sleep WAY better (yes, he seemed to sleep better, too, but he didn’t seem to realize that was a BIG HEALTH BENEFIT)
3. Increased circulation in my legs and feet (I’m type 2 diabetic so circulation critical…my feet are heather, nicks and cuts heal faster and my toenails are healthy and almost fully pink…instead of that ugly “diabetic yellow”)
4. I am MUCH more relaxed and LESS STRESSED in general so that is huge health benefit. Stress aggravates EVERYTHING as you, the good doctor, would tell all your patients when you were in practice.
And all this in less than 3 months.
P.S. I go to bed early so often wake up in the middle of the night for an hour. In the past I would watch TV and eat, an EXTREMELY BAD HABIT and doubly bad for a diabetic. After I “drugged myself ” with the stupid TV and “dulled myself” from the food, I would go back and sleep on a full stomach. Anyone with a brain nows how toxic this is. You sleep bad, blood sugar goes up and you GET FATTER. Now I sit in the chair until tired then back to bed. No TV. No eating. No damage. Good sleep.
P.P.S. And, when I’m grumpy, my girlfriend sends me off to my “chair room” for an attitude correction (more endorphins and other happy chemicals). Then I am happier, she is happier and when the woman is happier…well…you know the rest…
With respect, I don’t see how the guy could not have experienced health benefits.”
Isn’t it amazing how much a person can benefit from a massage chair. For a lot of people the noticeable benefits are marginal but for some, like Dennis, it is live altering!
