Limit Technology to Prevent Pain

Smartphones, tablets, and a plethora of other types of technology topped the Christmas lists this year, however experts advise that limiting usage can prevent pain. “Text neck”, as health professionals call it, is a growing problem as people stare more and more at electronic devices. Bending your head over puts about 60 pounds of pressure on your neck, resulting in pain, and eventually a bit of a hunch.
