Those with hip pain should listen up. Due to the higher number of people working jobs that require long hours of sitting at a computer, hip pains are occurring in people at a higher rate. At least that is the reason according to Matt Parrott, who holds a doctorate in sports science. Parrott suggests seven simple stretches a person with hip pain can do to help alleviate the hurt. These steps include, rotating your torso while reaching in the other direction. Another fun stretch is labeled “the pigeon stretch”.
