Stress-related job issues are on the rise. There is no doubt about that. It’s not a gross exaggeration by any means. Studies show that stress-related absentees at work are more and more the norm these days. In addition, people taking time off permanently from work has also been an impact on the job these days.
So what can you do? Well, for one thing…learn to relax on a regular basis. If you don’t, this stress is simply going to eat away at you. It’s going to chip away at the core of your being and leave you empty and longing for a break or some sort of change.
But change is not always a good thing…because if you don’t learn to deal with that stress now, it will come back again to whatever area you switched into and cause you to leave that as well.
