The article covers how regular messages help with chronic low back pain. It isn’t being suggested by all doctors and there is no real study on if this is truly effective. It has been shown in the 3 month study these doctors did in a control group that most patients with chronic low back pain has positive results. Most either had no low back pain or had a great decrease in chronic low back pain. It is a better alternative to the drugs and shots they offer to help with the pain that people experience.
