Relieving back pain without a prescription from the doctor using natural methods. Over 3,500 people were surveyed on non drug related therapies for back pain. Some methods include yoga, tai chi, going to a chiropractor and or message therapists. Reports showed that insurance companies were more likely to cover prescription drugs than other non-drug resources like yoga. Other sources that are non prescription at home uses for back pain include heat, spinal manipulation, and acupuncture. This was recommended by the American College of Physicians.
