Feeling Stressed? Create Some Art

If your personal or professional obligations have been causing you to feel profoundly stressed out lately, you might want to take up painting.

A study conducted by Drexel University researchers found that spending 45 minutes a day doing something creative like making a sculpture, playing around with some watercolor paints, getting crafty with some glitter and construction paper or filling in an adult coloring book can greatly reduce your stress level.
