Exercise professionals are used to seeing a wide variety of sports related injuries, but recently they have started seeing a new type of repetitive stress related injury. They are calling it “tech neck”. Tech neck is caused by having poor posture while using technology and sport devices. Kimberly Fielding, an exercise instructor in New York has created a new exercise class that focuses on teaching techniques to minimize neck strain and exercises to help alleviate pain caused by tech neck.
