Comparison Chart Tutorial Video & Transcripts

Yesterday, I created a short 5 minute video showing, step-by-step, how to use our comprehensive massage chair comparison chart. We have a lot of folks using the chart so I figured making a tutorial video would be wise. Enjoy…

Alan: Hi, this is Dr. Alan Weidner from ‘Massage-Chair-Relief.com‘ and today we are going to show you how our comparison chart works on our website. This is a comparison chart that we have spent three to four months putting together, and we still adjust regularly as we learn more about each chair model that we carry, or as we introduce a new model. It is a comparison chart that comprises close to 55 different features that take from each of the chair models and compare one to another. And to get to our comparison chart, all you need to do is scroll down the page on our ‘Home’ page – this is our ‘Home’ page – and here on the right-hand side you’ll see ‘COMPARISON CHART,’ and if you click on that link or anywhere in this area, it’ll take you to the comparison chart.

Now, this is one way that you can go and compare models, it’ll default to this page and this tab: ‘Select Models,’ and you’ll see that we have a list of all the models that we carry. And then, you can either select the models here that you want to compare, or you can go up to the ‘Category’ pages, and let’s say we go to ‘Human Touch‘ for an example since we have a lot of chairs from Human Touch. And you can see that under each of these product icon descriptions, there is a check box that you can check to compare a chair, and once you check those, you can click ‘Compare Chair?’ and it’ll take you back to the comparison chart.

But what we’re going to do is we’re going to go back to the comparison chart that I had selected, and it’ll take you to the ‘Select Model’ tab. Now you can choose the chairs that you want to compare. So, let’s say you’re taking a look at the IT-8200, the Osaki OS-7000, and let’s take a look at the Inada Sogno. Those are our three most popular chairs at this time, and those are three good chairs to compare, and then you click the ‘Compare Models Now!’ button, and immediately your screen will go over to the ‘Comparison’ tab.

And, lo and behold, here are the three chairs that we selected and their price points, and the model number. And on the left-hand side you’ll see all the features that we compare – the square-inch coverage, if it applies, total number of airbags, quad-style rollers, yes or no, arm massage, yes or no – and it goes all the way down, and covers things like heat.

We even have a special features section, which will talk about certain features of that chair that will make it unique – what types of massage it has, does it have zero gravity, does it have inversion, how many auto-programs are there, does it have speed control and intensity control, what’s the length of the massage stroke, what’s the reclining angle, in other words, how far can the chair go back, what’s the massage cycle time, et cetera, et cetera, upholstery, does it have body scanning, does it have power for the chair back and the ottoman to go up and down, what’s the recommended height for users, what’s the recommended weight limit, what’s the power consumption, what are the colors, the weight of the chair, the dimensions of the chair, upright and reclined, what the warranty is – and it just covers so many different features. The number of motors, what the country of origin is for each chair, it’s a fantastic, fantastic comparison chart, and it gives you all the data that you need to help make an educated decision about what kind of chair that you want to get.

Of course, sitting in the chair is optimal, but if you don’t have that opportunity, this comparison chart is the next best thing. And then, of course, if you have any questions our number is located here [888-253-5380], and it’s also located on the bottom. You can call us anytime, and you know what, I got to say, you can call us pretty much anytime, day or night, and I – at least, someone will answer the phone – and most often, it’ll be me, since I like to take the calls from our clients. But that is our massage chair comparison chart, I hope you can use it, I hope you appreciate it, I hope it gives you what it is that you’re looking for.

Oh, one thing that I just thought I might mention is, let’s say you decide after looking at these three that you want to take one of them out of the equation. So, let’s say you’re thinking ‘Well, my budget’s in the 3 to 4000 range.’ The Inada Sogno is a phenomenal chair, it’s our best chair, and our top-selling chair, but maybe this one’s out of your budget, you can just un-click there and in a moment this thing will auto-reload, and it’ll reload without the Sogno, and it’ll reload with the two chairs that you selected. If you decide that you want to compare to another chair, add that to the comparison. So, let’s say now you want to add the Omega Montage Pro, which is a similar Inada Sogno look-alike as these other chairs are. And ‘Compare Models Now!’ again, it’ll bring you back to the ‘Comparison’ tab, and this time you will see the Omega Montage Pro added to the mix. And that is our comparison chart.
