Chronic Fatigue Patients Have High Risk Factor for Anxiety Disorder, Find Study


According to a new study published by the American Psychological Association, people who are afflicted with chronic fatigue have a high risk factor for developing an anxiety disorder. Additionally, researchers found that chronic fatigue patients tend to suppress their emotions which has the effect of triggering their fight or flight reflex at inappropriate times. To avoid falling into a vicious cycle of fatigue, anxiety and emotional suppression, it’s important to regularly engage in stress busting activities like massage.
