The older you get the more your joints start to ache and hurt. You can prevent this by being an active senior! Staying on your feet and/or keeping busy has been proven to keep the pain at bay. Just like the old saying ” use it or lose it” proves to be true. Use your joints and muscles frequently and you will not be as sore as you could be. It will also sharpen your mind!
