All parts of our body are connected in some way. Sometimes when we have pain in places we think that the pain is caused by that area. But often times some part of the body will hurt because it is radiating from another area. Doing pilates is a great way to use muscles that are not often utilized. This will make it so they don’t fall dormant and cause pain in other areas. Next time you are in pain don’t just reach for a pill. Find the source of your pain.
