Most of us suffer with back pain at one time or another in our lives. Sometimes the cause is obvious because we may experienced an injury. However, sometimes the cause of our back pain might be something we’ve overlooked. For example, the cause of our back pain could be due to stress, overuse of technology, poor posture, muscle imbalance, a disc injury or even cradling a new baby. Of course there is always the possibility that your back pain could be something more serious, so always consult your physician.
