Stress-Related Strokes Growing Increasingly Common among Millennials


Medical professionals across the country have seen a rise of strokes among 18 to 35-year-olds. Apparently, excess stress has been found as the culprit for the uptick of strokes among the generations. In order to prevent against stress-related strokes and other ailments, the medical establishment has recommended taking time out to relax when you’re under a lot of pressure.
