Have you ever wondered if stress is genetic? A recent study from the University of Pennsylvania used over 60 years of data to see if stress was a factor from generation to generation. They used hares to conduct the study and found that stressed out hare females would give birth to smaller litters, with smaller babies, who also had the stress hormone, and then their litters would decline in numbers from there. This suggests that it is possible for humans to inherit stress as well.
