Modern Day Conditions

These days many people spend long hours at work sitting behind a desk, or some in some similar environment where they are not adequately active throughout the day.  Typically, these jobs also involve a high level of stress.  While you can’t change the fact that our jobs require us to work with these conditions, you can do several things to help mitigate the negative impact that stress and a sedentary work environment can have on your body and overall health.

Massage is more and more often becoming a part of regular treatments in hospitals and other types of care facilities.
