Sogno Massage Chair For Your Pedicure!

Tuesday, April 6th, 2010

Inada just recently announced the production of a new and modified Sogno massage chair, made specifically for the manicure/pedicure industry. I have had many clients tell us that they sat on a massage chair whilst getting a pedicure and

that it felt fantastic. As a matter of fact, many of our clients were introduced to the concept of  massage chair through their nail technician. Of course, many of the chairs are cheap and not too feature-rich, but Inada has now come out with a model for that industry. It looks just like the typical Sogno massage chair but without the traditional ottoman. In lieu of the ottoman, is the place for the feet and the technician to go. From a marketing perspective, I think it is a great little niche for Inada to zero in on. I’m not exactly sure, but I don’t believe the other major manufacturers cater to that industry at all.

Speaking of catering to industries, I have always thought that the massage chair companies should come out with potentially interlocking massage chairs for home theaters. These two industries are natural fits but not much creativity has gone into this type of chair from the major massage chair manufacturers. Just a thought…

Massage Chair Warranties on International Orders

Saturday, February 13th, 2010

We sell a lot of massage chairs overseas and into Canada and Central/South America. And I often get the same question for each international inquiry: “Is the warranty any good in my country?” I want to address this a bit today. For all massage chair manufacturers the warranty is only good for US orders. Once the massage chair leaves US soil, the warranty is considered void.

Inada is the only exception to this. If someone in Canada buys an Inada massage chair from a US retailer (such as www.massage-chair-relief.com) the warranty is good in the Great White North. But, not anywhere else.

Having said all this, it is important to know the following:

Although the warranties are void, most companies, particularly Sanyo, Panasonic, and Inada, have an international presence. They have resources available for you to get parts and service for your massage chair should you ever need them.  So, if you are an international customer and you purchase a massage chair from us, you can still get support overseas even if the warranty is not applicable.  Feel free to call me if you have any concerns of questions about this subject. We have had a lot of experience in international massage chair sales and can give you a lot of great input.

Free 5 Year Warranty For Inada Sogno and i2A Massage Chairs

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

Massage Chair Relief just added a little something special for our readers interested in the Inada Sogno Dreamwave Plus massage chair and the Inada i2A massage chair…a free 5 year extended warranty. So, now for every purchase of the crazy-popular Sogno Plus massage chair and the near-zero failure rate i2A massage chair, you will get the extra peace of mind that comes with a full head-to-toe warranty.

Currently, both chairs have a standard 1/3/5 year warranty for comprehensive, parts, and structure, respectively. But, the new 5 year extended warranty covers everything from top to bottom should ANYTHING go wrong with this chair for a full 5 years. Not bad, eh.  The price of the chairs remains the same, but Massage Chair Relief will foot the bill for the extended warranty. Remember you also get free shipping for both chairs (and free white glove delivery and setup for the Sogno chair).

The Sogno Massage Chair…Holy Cow, Now This is Cool!

Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008

Dr. Weidner here again. I am just so excited about the new model from Family Inada called the Sogno massage chair. I have seen images of this chair and the first thing that struck me is how amazing and contemporary it looks. It will be released to the US public at the end of April or the first part of May. We have already pre-ordered one for our own showroom. Some of the things I like about it include neck traction, along with regular neck traction, a hip air massage on either side of your seat that undulates in a figure 8 to work the side of your hips, and arm massage air bags hidden within the frame of the chair. It is really quite unique. The US distributor says that this massage chair will blow away all other chairs. I can’t wait to see it!!

Family Inada has been making high quality massage chairs since at least the early 1970′s and has progressively developed new chairs that are industry leaders in design and function. They are created in Japan, whereas most other chairs are manufactured in China, and are usually priced at a higher point than most other chairs. The Sogno will have two models, one for $5999 and one for $6499. The higher priced massage chair will be sold through health care providers and has some additional features over the lower priced model. Once we get all the data on the chair, I will post it on this blog. In the meantime, here is a video that describes more of the features of this unique and amazing chair…
