We went expecting to just see a few chairs and spend a few minutes, 1 1/2 hours later and all questions answered plus sampling most chairs and some 3 times we left purchasing a Panasonic 30003 ultra. The order was placed and 4 days later we received a call that it was in! Dr. Al delivered the chair personally with his special touch, and an hour later the first massage was being given. The entire experience was great, from the moment we walked into the showroom. The chair has been getting a great breaking in with Debby and I using it in the morning and evenings. I especially like the stretch program in the morning. We are glad we visited Dr. Al's showroom. We feel we not only bought a chair but made a great friend. If you are looking for a massage chair you owe it to yourself to visit the showroom or call Dr. Al.
